Established in Rego Park in 1994, Pio Pio is a favorite of Village Copier for lunch. The Peruvian restaurant has serval locations throughout NYC and is famous for it’s traditional rotisserie chicken and green sauces. However, their entire menu is fantastic! A favorite of the Village Copier staff is the ceviche: a dish of fresh fish cured in citrus juices and spiced with chili peppers. A great lunch for when the office wants to order together as all the dishes are reasonably priced and are all big enough to share with several people.
